Star Lake Lodge began in 1957, it is owned and operated by an interdenominational organization known as the Whiteshell Keswick Fellowship. The aim of the organization is to provide an atmosphere in which adults and/or families can find spiritual enrichment along with physical refreshment. Sleeping accommodations are available in six modern units, completely self-contained with shower and washroom facilities. Each unit sleeps 6 people. There are a number of camping sites with electrical hook-up suitable for tents or trailers. Washrooms and showers are also available in the main lodge. During the summer the Lodge features a private sandy beach, designated swimming area, boat dock, nearby boat launch, and canoes. There are also swings, volleyball courts, and hiking & biking trails.
How to find us:The Lodge is located on the beautiful shores of Star Lake situated in the Whiteshell Provincial Park, 170 kilometers east of Winnipeg. Take the Trans-Canada Highway (No.1) East, turning at the West Hawk cloverleaf. Turn left on to P.T.H. No.44 and left again on to P.R. 301. Turn right at the Whiteshell Keswick Fellowship sign. The first road on your left leads you to the camp. |
